Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

  • United States: 5–12 business days (tracked)

  • Express (where available): 5–7 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the U.S., Canada, the EU, the UK, and selected international regions. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at contact@knurlstudio.com

Will I have to pay import duties/taxes?
Orders outside the U.S. are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means import VAT, duties, and fees are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

How much is shipping?

  • U.S. orders: Free over $100, flat $9.95 under $100

  • International: Calculated at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Customers cover return shipping unless we sent a defective or incorrect product.

How do I start a return?
Email contact@knurlstudio.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send instructions and a return authorization.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — place a new order for the item you want, then return your original order per our policy.

Products & Installation

Are Knurl Studio products compatible with all doors?
Our hardware fits most standard doors, but we recommend checking measurements carefully before ordering. Product dimensions are listed on each product page.

Do you provide installation?
We don’t provide installation services. Many customers self-install, but for best results we recommend a professional installer.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund at our cost.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed via Shopify’s PCI-compliant platform with industry-standard encryption.
